1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HeadOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HeadOps is a web-based production scheduling platform. Features include project and component management, Gantt-style timeline planning, automatic team conflict detection, EDF rescheduling, and auto-allocation.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscription & Billing

HeadOps offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you may choose a monthly (€85/month) or annual (€850/year) subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within HeadOps. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

HeadOps is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
